We provide you with a tracking number and a personalised portal so you can check exactly where your order is at any time. You will find access to our tracking portal in your shipment confirmation email.
For European orders, the local carrier delivering the package may vary depending on the country. Our logistics algorithm selects the fastest local carrier available to ensure that you receive your order as soon as possible.
RETURNS
What is your return policy?
We offer several return options in the following situations (Customer is responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable):

- Any purchases made during a limited time offer will not be refundable in cash, but will be eligible for an in-store credit voucher.
